What Are Hosted Parties?
• Parents volunteer to host themed parties for kids, parents, or grade-level groups.
• Families purchase tickets to attend, and all ticket sales go directly to the school.
• Parties are a fun way to build community while raising money.
Who Can Host?
• Hosting does not need to be expensive—creativity matters more than budget!
• Any parent (or group of parents) can host.
• You can host solo or team up with other families.
Types of Parties
• Grade-Level Parties: Example – 2nd Grade Movie Night or 5th Grade Pool Party.
• Family/Kid Parties: Example – Ice Cream Social, Nerf Battle, Pumpkin Decorating.
• Parents-Only Parties: Example – Wine Tasting, Poker Night, Backyard BBQ.
Cost & Budget
• Parties do not need to be elaborate or costly.
• Budget-friendly options are welcome
• Think simple, fun, and inclusive!
How It Works
1. Hosts Sign Up – Parents choose a theme, date, and how many spots are available.
2. Tickets Go On Sale – Families purchase tickets through the auction.
3. Enjoy the Party! – Hosts provide the party, guests enjoy, the school benefits.
