Hello Chaparral Families!
Welcome to the 2026–27 school year!
We’re thrilled to kick off another amazing year at Chaparral and are so glad you are part of our school community. For those who don’t know us yet, we are this year’s PFC Co-Presidents — Courtney and Marissa.
Between the two of us, we have kids in Kindergarten, 2nd, and 5th grades and have been part of the Chaparral family for many years.
Whether we already know you or are just meeting for the first time, we’re looking forward to connecting and working together to make this year the best it can be.
We’re kicking off our first full week of the year with Welcome Week — a series of fun recess activities run by the PFC to help bring kids together and build new friendships. Keep an eye on ParentSquare for updates throughout the week.

We invite you to join our monthly PFC meetings — in the MPR or on Zoom. Our first meeting is Friday, September 11th at 8:15 AM in the MPR. These meetings are a great way to hear about upcoming events, meet other Chaparral parents, share ideas, and ask questions. Our school is such a special place because of each of you and your involvement.
Together, we’ll make 2026–27 a wonderful year for our children!
